01How quickly do you respond to emails and enquiries?
We usually respond within 24 hours. We are not a round-the-clock helpdesk, but when it comes to business, we do not keep you waiting. 02Do you also handle urgent cyberattacks that are happening right now?
We have to disappoint you on this one: we are not an incident response team. We focus entirely on prevention through penetration tests, simulations and training to make sure attacks never happen in the first place. But if you are dealing with an active incident, email us and we will gladly point you to trusted teams that specialise in crisis management.
03How does the initial consultation work, and what should I expect?

04Are you suited to large corporations, or do you also help smaller businesses?
We help both. We can test the robust infrastructure of a bank or large online shop, as well as help a small or medium-sized business that needs to meet legal requirements such as NIS2, or simply wants peace of mind. We build our services in modules to match your actual size and risks, you do not pay for anything you will not use.
